| *Pet Policy* Our standard is to allow up to 2 pets in some buildings. Each pet must pass a temperament test which will be conducted at your current residence by one of our veterinary technicians. There is a one time fee of $100 for the test & cleaning solutions to be used when you move out. There is also an additional $25 per month pet rent. The charge is the same for one or two pets. Please notify us before you bring a pet onto one of the properties we manage.
If any unauthorized or untested pets are found in or around your residence, pet
fees will be charged at the rate of $35 per month and backdated to the month
you moved in.
If you notify us pet fees will not be charged until the pet moves in.
